Assuming your engagement level is good and they are not all fake followers, your numbers are good, which means I don't think you will make so much on Shoutcart. I own an agency that matches influencers with brands, if you would like to give me the account url I will check it out and let you know my thoughts.

Yeah, just sold 1 more shoutout.
Be very careful when buying. Check the account, check the info, it might be out of date; DM the page asking for demographics,to see if they are active; look at they last posts, are they engaging. Don't just go for low price and lot of followers. Most of the times, less followers, but highly engaged and targeted will do a lot better.

I recommend running a few experiments with the mid-level accounts before going all-in on a big one, but it’s entirely reasonable to spend $50 on testing to see if the platform works for you.

Do you give the person doing the shouting an affiliate link and see how many people click?

Does the shouter offer a free giveaway?
