I installed some nulled Divi Booster plugin, after activation, my site was encrypted and asked for money via BTC. I need to reinstall whole site and add articles again, because database is also broken.
Lesson learned, just warning for you guys.
Virus total is nothing, it cannot detect malicious php files ;)

$29 saved and whole night work wasted.

Lesson learned and yes I always make sure to avoid nulled plugins. If you are serious about business then why risk all this?

oh wow i did not know about virus total unable to detect anything in php files is there no other way to scan plugin zips for malicious content?

There is always a reason why people null it, I will never try to risk it. Btw, I found some new registered accounts are pretty sneaky, they share nulled shits again and again on this forum, very fishy.

Report them mate.

@vinku kinda shocked at this in all honesty.

lol people still believe virustotal ? I had a malicious js ddoser botnet code and they cant detect because I encrypt the code 3-4 times using different encryption functions :)
