Need verified stripe account to finish checker script

Hi guys so I'm writing this cc checker script that uses stripe, but I'm not based in the us, I need someone who is able to make a valid stripe account that is verfied for me.
Everytime I try to make one I get banned.

It doesn't need to have real bank info. Thanks
