Don't worry. It'll get stable. Just wait
Want to give some updates.
The traffic back after 5 days after drop, then going drop again after 4 days for 6 days.
And finally, the traffic is coming back.
I assume that it happens because there are massive links coming from the old domain, and those links coming at once.
Thanks for the response guys![]()
Good for you!
Can you please give us another update in few days. I am in a similar position with one of our projects but I had much more changed than just the domain (switched cms) and I am not having any luck.
We had a huge rank drop while getting offline for about 1 hour by namecheap since we are using dedicated solution. But now i feel how it is important for you to use cloudflare to save rankings even if you change hosting but still not sure about the domain.
I think expired domains are a bit risky. Once, I ranked two sites with two expired domains, they both ranked top 3 withing three weeks and a week or two after they went down to page two. Now I don't even think they exist.
But still, I am just about to try it with a foreign language website. I won't cry if this fails too, but for the last time at least, I will try!
