Check Internet Archive if it has been used for other purposes than the original site.
Then check if there are no bad anchors (spam anchors not-related to the niche/website)

If both are ok, then sure, $50 is a great price.

There was some redirections but its to website of same niche.There's no bad anchor or nothing. The site was in spanish. Is that a problem? can i pm you?

Don't look for high DA it's easy to manipulate, check metrics and backlink profile with Ahrefs.

Not a problem, but better if the anchors and backlinks come from English sites if your site is in English.
