I have old Adsense account that is in great standing I have been paid from them multiple times. Willing to do a joint venture with someone with "white hat" sites that want to split profits.. Currently, I have $27 dollars profit/balance in the account.

Not saying this is you, but most people looking to JV on Adsense Accounts, eBay accounts, etc are just scams.

Also, why wouldn't someone just create an adsense account or buy one for $25 instead and keep 100% of the profits?

To be honest I don't know why someone wouldn't be able to do this. I live in north America and for me to go through to get adsense account was fairly easy but to some might be a pain. I'm just looking for someone that might have websites that would do good with adsense and doesn't want to sign up. I'm not a scam, legit business that can create contracts for this revenue-sharing agreement.

Didn't doubt that it wasn't a scam. You seemed genuine with it, but if you think more about it there's really no legitimate reason to rev share an adsense account nowadays.

Yea I can see that definitely, my hope is there is someone interested that doesn't know much about Adsense or do not have the time to sign up and would be open to splitting the revenue. I figure I put it into the world someone might be interested.

I hope you know the domain has yo be approved before ads can show on it?

New sites most probably would still have to be approved even if using already approved account.
I guess your best bet is to get someone to work on your site & split profits, or do it yourself/hire a writer and not split anything.
