Twitter introduced lists (Just check on one of your twitter profiles).

Now the question is, how are we going to monetize this ?

As people see when they're in a list there will probably be lists with mass adds.

Previously, you could play the follow / unfollow game and get a lot of followers and look like a player. I imagine that soon people (and Twitter ranking sites) will judge your Twitter influence based on how many lists your Twitter account appears on.

Twitter has been a dead game for long. The traffic is utter crap. Most of the guys u get to add in ur account, using automatic tools, are bots being run by other IMers.

I made a few accounts on twitter with close to 1000 followers using bots but then gave. I realized that thr are better ways to make money available on BHW.

Yes, but currently you can add yourself to a list and that counts towards your influence. And you are allowed to create up to 20 lists, so you can automatically gain an influence of 20. Given not everybody has lists yet (or do they? I got them today) being on 20 lists is a big boost.
