Advice needed: Moving content from penalized website to another?

Hello, everyone.

So I have a website that was hit with a manual penalty(unnatural links pointing to your website) about 2 months ago.

I messaged certain PBN providers and webmaster that I got links from, created disavow file and asked for reconsideration 5 weeks ago. Today they rejected me.

I will probably apply for reconsideration once again but this is not the point of the thread.

My question is: is there any risk in moving part of the content(most of the money pages) to another website? Of course, I will delete the posts on the penalized website and will wait until G deindex them.

I already have another website in the same niche with about 20k words of content that have way bigger potential of ranking than the penalized one.

Just as a note – the penalized website is still making some money(30-50$/m) and getting about 25-30 organic visitors a day probably from other search engines

So any tips would be appreciated but my main question is if there is any risk in moving the content to another website and if someone did it – did you face any problems or everything was smooth?

Don't really know actually..
Anchors are not over-optimized or anything. I suspect some bad PBN links or a busted network from which I bought links from. But I'm not sure.

I remember when google used to join the networks and bust all the members. It's how they built the penguin algo.

I wouldn't risk it. I would spin/re-write the content minimum before adding it to another site. One of Googles strongest functions is identification of duplicate content. You don't want to burn another site, and potentially server, for the sake or a re-write.
