I tried this method. A few bucks more would suit me.
This method has always fascinated me. Passive income. AND with... porn (slurp!)

So last week I begin:
1) downloaded some xhamster amateur (or very old videos) that I like (short and long ones)
2) registered an account on xvideos and uploaded 4-5 video in 4-5 days with my domain on title and description on SOME videos
3) EUPHORIA: one of them video in 2 days skyrocket (10k views) while the other remained on 150-200 views. VERY STRANGE DUNNO WHY. Is it normal 1 video 10k and 1 100? Is this due to my choice and descriptions or it is due to random home page placement, like of users etc??
4) YESTERDAY I tried to make upload workflow more effective: uploaded 2 new videos with watermark on them. Changed old titles and put my www on ALL videos
5) TODAY: PUF, my account disabled. I ALMOST CRIED.
6) what's wrong? watermark? www on title? I registered a new account and restart with 2 uploads today. Will xvideos block me in the next days???

I really need to know if is it worth to persist, or if this method is so instable.

thank you guys

how you will monetize this?

There are different choice and I think I'm gonna test one of them. But the issue now is to gain traffic. And in 3-4 days I get 15 clics on my urls with ONLY 4-5 video. This was good and made me euphoric because it means people WANTED to see my website and WROTE that url

I think your account got banned because you are advertising

Did you get any email?

Have you made any accounts on that IP address before? If yes, then they probably linked your old accounts and disabled your new one. Next time use a fresh IP and make sure to clear your cookies before creating a new account. I like to install portable firefox browsers for each account that I run on that site, this way I reduce the risk of accidently signing into an account with cookies from the previous one.

Yes, it's pretty normal for new accounts to get low views in the beginning. I realized that aged accounts have priority over new accounts when ranking on the front page and aged videos too.

NO EMAIL. This is SCARY, it means accounts can disappear at any time.

Are there any guidelines on what is allowed and what is not?

No, this was the first account.

Point is that my SECOND account (where I uploaded 1 video WITHOUT watermark as a test) has done on same IP of the first banned :)

I do things a little differently on xvideos so I may be wrong about this, but maybe because you posted the domain in the title of the video.

Was there a domain name in the title of the video that got 10k views?

Yes, video with 10k views had www on title.

Sorry, but if you don't put www on title HOW do you move traffic to your site? watermark?

I'm pretty sure that's why you were banned. The video went to the front page and people started reporting it for the www in the title.

Yes, a watermark in the video.

Yes, a watermark in the video.

This could be the point. Somewhere I read that the method consist in www IN TITLE and watermark could be create issues. So the opposite you are telling me :D

Can I ask you how are you doing with this method?

thank you

I also searched www on xvideos and there are A LOT of videos with millions view, so I don't know if this is the issue.......

will be an issue if you have a competitor and your video made in in the front page, just maybe :)

Guys, just to be clear because THIS is the point about the method:

1 - www on title/description and NO watermark
2 - NO www on title/description and YES watermark

Thank you

No one replied :) Maybe this is really the point? :D

I would say no domain in title and watermark. It's trivial to detect domain in title. Also do not use datacenter IPs.

I used to do porn uploads and I still have videos from years ago still up. I did them without any URL in the title and watermarks in the corner of each video. It wouldn't be surprising if they automatically flag titles with .com, www, etc...
