Photoshop documents for ID verification

Hi,
I have been a user of Payoneer for some years. Lately, I was asked to upload my passport for verification. From where I came from getting a passport is hard due to illegal migration cases. Since I couldn't provide a copy of my passport my account got restricted for payment. I couldn't do anything online. I was also asked to provide a passport for using PayPal balance.

So, here is my plan.
- Take a photo of someone else's passport.
- Replace the photo and details using my photoshop skills.
- Upload for verification.

I want an opinion with my plan. Do you guys honestly think this will work?

I don't know if you're still curious but there's no way this would work. If you tried it you'd probably get charged with some kind of fraud related crime.

Then the worst case scenario is getting banned and losing the account balance. Why don't you try to create another account (using another computer or a proxy) with fake data and uploading a photoshoped passport matching that data?. See if they swallow it and if they do, then do it with your other account.
