This is the worst host ever I have had in my whole life I really don't recommend this one to anyone.
1. in first place their installation was wrong.
2. when I finally got a new installation my CP-panel, I found out the mail accounts etc. for the the smtp and imap settings was not working at all. I had to refund a lots of customer( I lost a lots of money), instead they told me if I want free mail for smtp and imap I could use zoho mail. where I was suppost to pay to be able to use the mail.
3. I have of team of developers thats try to upload things on my FTP I raised a ticket 07:36 today, where I put a lots of replies with additional information regarding the developers is not even able to upload/see folder structure.
they still haven't replied.

is this how you satify a customer with good service-quality?

Let me remind you first, all our services are self-managed. You are on a VPS you will have to manage your own server. We tried to help you in every best possible way but admin hours are not for free of course. You want a free control panel and free control panel comes with limitation, if you are not able to invest some on paid control panel then there is nothing that you can blame on us.

You are paying $8 per month for a offshore VPS and want us to help you in each and every steps ? If you need to full support then you should have gone for a managed VPS hosting.
