Scamming free stuff on Coinbase (or other exchanges)

Lots of crypto websites offer free stuff.

For example, I signed up for Coinbase, watched some videos, and got $66 of free stuff (it was $66, originally, not it's $57.89). Proof:



I'm wondering if anybody has ever found out a way to exploit this? For example, register a bunch of fake people. Then send all their coins to one address.

I thought I'd run it by you guys before I tried it, and get myself banned from Coinbase. Is there a way to make it work? Could it work on other exchanges?

I'm not certain, but I think I got the free money before they verified my identity. But it was a couple weeks ago, so I'm not sure. I also don't know if they would have let me transfer the money before my identity was verified - maybe it was locked into my account.

Regardless, it shouldn't be that difficult to create/use a bunch of fake identities. All I provided was a picture of myself, and a photo ID. (Not even a driver's license, just a photo ID).

I don't know their internal procedures, but I assume that somebody could get around this, for $60 a pop. Someone with a box of fake/old IDs, or who can make fake photo IDs (either digitally, or manually).

Not everyone gets the free coins, I for example, have not received any of the free coins they offer.

Did get some XLM from blockhain.com though.

Thanks for the reminder. I already got some free $ previously but logging in again just now I see there are some new ones. Hint you don't need to listen to or watch the videos as the answers to the questions are easy to guess

There are only so many coins that they will give away through the training. I think that some of them are now closed. That will probably happen to all of them. But hey, 60 bucks is 60 bucks. Even that was easy money when I did it! If you see any other sites that offer free coins post it and I will do it the same.
