If you manage to find a datacenter that is not spammed and/or flagged by instagram then yes.

Practically impossible, most of the datacenter proxies in the market are either flagged or spammed to the brim. Go for 4g Lte mobile proxy to be on safer side.

seems these days some of my old instant proxies accounts started to follow people once again. (gmt2) but not all of them,i don't know why. however i do not recommend instant or high proxies for IG anymore but there may be some good cheap proxies that still work.

Dont make shit with the Ips and you are ok.

And of course, study delays and right configuration to make the automation.

I have tried this and am currently running 5 accounts on 5 proxies... not sure how many they will allow me to have but well see.

Run 1 account per proxy. If one account get spam banned, all other 4 goes with the account

$2.13 cents. Thats including cost of VPS as well. I only have 5 atm as i am just testing it, but the more IPS the more of a price break
