I am wondering if it is legal for me to buy content from someone and use their pics to set up social media accounts.

I am wondering about impersonation and copyright and also any other laws that could be broken.

As far as i understand as long as the person says its ok then there is no laws being broken but i am not 100% sure?

I want to set up a fake social media profile for affiliate marketing legally.

As a man in a womens niche i really need to find a way to legally get a woman to be the face of my social media.

Or lets say i buy images from a company that has a release form from the model. Would that then be legal?
