Data entry VA wanted, with basic Photoshop Knowledge [PART-TIME]

I need someone able to create simple images in Photoshop with a template that I 'll provide, translate some of Wikipedia's content from Spanish/French/whatever to English and upload everything together to my WordPress.

I have a detailed guide of the whole process and I would like to spend some time explaining exactly what I want and how to make. Its a very simple repetitive process but I want it perfect.

What do you need?

- Know how to do basic edits on images using Photoshop
- Have basic knowledge of Wordpress, create new posts, upload images, etc
- Be able to speak at least OK English
- Paypal account to get paid

This is a part-time job, I need someone who can work at least 20 hours a week. The pay rate is $2.5 per hour, and there is freedom of schedule.
