Yeah, I 100% agree with what you've said, that's our bad sorry.
We don't accept orders for things like Drugs / Gambling / Pharma / Adult. I need to change our new BST graphic to mention that.
We've got a system in place to detect orders in those industries and place them on hold while we refund the client. Yours slipped through due to a small bug (which we've already found and fixed).
Because of this, the AI that usually matches our client's orders with a writer that has experience in the required niche didn't know what to do with it. The AI gave it to someone that has no experience in your industry which in turn resulted in a piece of content that's well below the high standards we require.
The actual content itself was delivered in less than 24 hours, it was proofread, Copyscape passed, and was grammatically perfect - but we 100% agree with what you've said in your review,
it's clear the writer had no idea what they were talking about.
Fun Fact: It's a great (albeit slightly embarrassing) example of why it's super important to hire a writer that actually knows what they're talking about to create your content for you (which is what our writer matching AI has been built to do). When it works as intended with industries we cover it results in awesome content.
Resolution: Full was refund given within 30 minutes of us being made aware of the issue.
