I can not figure out what I need to do to change my behance account to do follow links. It is set to everyone, and I published 4 works and adobe account is a year old but behance is only 1 day old maybe I have to wait till its older for do follow? I see competitors profile link is do follow. Thanks

You talking about profile itself is "noindex, nofollow" or your links? If latter then it's impossible to get do follow link from behance. If you're taking about profile itself you need to create a project that visible to everyone, put some tags on it and choose category (try to fill all the info available for the project). Also like some other projects, try to get few followers. One of my behance profiles was "noindex, nofollow" for just half of the month.
