The biggest problem you are running into, is your IP reputation. Dont mind the Blacklisting.
You need to spend quite a bit of time to get your IP trusted by all the spam watchers out there. IT won't happen over night, and most likely will takes months to gain the "Trust" from the spam watchers.

Take the time and go to each of the IP White listers out there. Add you Ip to their list, put the appropriate code into your mail server, so that it calls back to the white lister to show them you are sending legit mail.

What you are running into has nothing to do with the program you are using. I have used desktop mailer / scripts for about 8 years, and have no problems with deliver-ability. But it has taken months and months of hard work to make sure, my server was playing nice with the other servers and I am not hammering their servers.

I know you want to send all mass emails right now, but do it slow and steady. The more bounce backs you get, the worse your reputation will be. Keep your sends to no more then 10K per day, slow and steady. Clean the list of bounce backs and spam traps. You will get blacklisted, then take the time to get yourself un-blacklisted. You will have to contact all the major players to get your IP whitelisted, some do that night away others take weeks.

Take it slow and easy, it is the only way to get your mail delivered.

Email list:
In order to make money on email marketing you need a targeted list ( opt -in )
The best way to do this is is to offer something free on your page like ebook , tutorials and so on.

Cleaning you list :
We all know that some emails are mistype , dead , full ,
The best way to clean your list is to send email to your list.If they bounce back it means dead.So some of my clients get 2 setup from me.. one for cleaning and one for sending.

Your messages ( very important ) :
Some of us email marketers are always in hurry , they just blasting out like this .. ( buy , good news! , discounts , This kind of messages can be annoying if you place yourself to them right?



- GAINING YOUR REPUTATION

Always use psychological marketing when it comes to email marketing.Just a simple
"Hi and Hello" open rates are very high because they will think it was a personal message directly to them and not offering something.So got the idea?

And in the body of message always put personal message to think they really know you.Here are example.



- MESSAGE

Subject: Hi

Hey i sent you email yesterday , did you get it? Reply me back to confirm that you already got this email..

Sent from my iPhone




Note: Did you guys notice the "Sent from my iPhone" below the message?
To think it was sent from your iphone! Got the idea?

Im sure they will reply to this email, then autorespond follow up with your offer.





- Email / Smtp server

Another major thing about emailing is your bullet for your email marketing ( smtp relay )
Your desktop / script / mailer is like a gun ( eg. Atomic Mail Sender , Interspire )
Its all about server reputation even if you have a shitty mailer if your server reputation is good you can inbox.So get a good smtp developer for this.


- Increasing your Smtp Server Reputation

Get replies to your first blast asking them if they received your first message.Base on my experienced they very curious about replying .. replies are very high.Use my message above to get more replies.This is very important for increasing your reputation on all major email providers.

Yup, this has been the basic concept for many years now. Good on posting it for people just getting into email marketing. Still the most profitable marketing method to date.

Send your emails slow and steady and inbox
don't use spammy words, test your emails before blasting them.

However, for those sending high volume of emails daily, contents will be their problem. spam filter filter messages almost real-time. sometime emails gets filtered right after few hundred email delivered.

I have one question though how do you setup and auto reply??

I create my own smtp servers via script and for webmail it uses squirrelmail, I want to know how to create an auto reply whenever users reply to my email??

Lets say I want it to autoreply a msg after 7 minutes of receiving an email. How do I achieve that?

You'd need a script to do that. Squirrelmail wont do it by itself.

I think domain reputation at the dkim level and not IP is where email delivery is going. You can have the best IPs in the world but what good is that if the sending domain has no reputation?

Both IP and domain are very important. You can have a domain with a great reputation, but change IP addresses and it goes downhill.

Thanks for this, I’m totally new to email marketing but I’ve been gathering targeted emails for a while now through my website and I’m wondering, is there a free mass emailer that isn’t total shit? Or am I gonna have to suck it up and pay for a plan?

Because if you go above their nominal bounce rate, they will suspend your account. If you want private IP addresses with them, they charge you more. Cheaper to do it right from the beginning if you know what you are doing.
