Not sure why you would risk getting a domain name like that? Domain name infringement is a real thing and with an obvious domain like that with a well known app like WhatsApp, you're obviously violating some trademark issues.

I don't think there is any sort of copyright on domain names. Correct me if wrong
You're clearly infringing on a Trademark using that name though, that is where the issue lies.

Ignore and continue using the domain until it gets taken. They will take is no matter what if it contains a trademark. Nothing you can do.

Like everybody above said there is no need putting effort in building that domain because it will be taken from you and whatever effort you expend on it will he wasted.

main thing is dispute nature if its domain tradmarking then you have nothing about this and if you will not down then registrar will down that if you got on some article or post then make down that post or article

WhatsApp may sue you, do whatever they are saying, we can't afford lawyers or penalties. It's better to use domains like whatzup, wazzup, what's up whatApp etc.

Down the domain, and fake Who Is information for the domain, else you will receive a complaint at home. I received it while using Hike in my domain name.

If you don't down the domain, they will send a legal document to your Home (Whois info address). They just ask to take down the domain, they don't ask for any money.
