Price for a good niche?

Hi. I have a website about a trending niche, there is only content in it, and daily im posting articles. it is 1 month old and it hit 15k unique visitors from USA this month. I didnt setup Adsense. Im curious for how much I can sell it on flippa? Thanks

Between 100-50$,
My advice: Keep it, make more quality backlinks, & add more content, once it starts generating 500-600$/month you can sell it for 5-6k easily.

Oh, that`s very nice. Even if the niche is very low CPC you can do like 10-15 USD a day easily, put Adsense, run it a few months and sell it via Empireflippers, fuck flippa.

Put some AdSense on it, get an average monthly revenue for 3 months, and sell it on Flippa.
