Selling software online?

Where and how can i sell software online? Custom made software that people requested or whatever?

I know there is fiverr and upwork. But there is a level of premium there where I have to build up a reputation first and then do the work, and thats a uphill battle to climb. How do I bypass this? I'm somewhat of a skilled programmer.

Lol but i dont have that kind of money. This method is proposed because i want to make that kind of money then do other things.
