Is this a dead product? I signed up to purchase a lifetime license but I'm having issues with my password and installing the firefox addon. I've written to them on their website contact page but no response after 4 days of issues. I'd rather not have the charge taken off my credit card in another few days if I have no way to get my issues resolved or I can't get a refund if the person has disappeared. Anyone else having any issues? It's too bad this looks like a great product and just what I was looking for.

I´ve come today to repurchase but it seems that nobody is able to reach OP..

Support has not been responsive for some time due to private reasons. We are now back. If you have not heard back then please write us again. We will refund you if you request it.

I was never able to install autofill magic either. Try SEO Autopilot. I like it so far.

We have been unresponsive, but are now back. Autofill Magic is not abandoned.
