Instadub and Android IP changing

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, can someone please move this if it is.

Anyway, does anyone know how I can get my rooted android phone to change IP after every action is made on Instadub or softwares like it (But really instadub because that's what I use)? I can already change my IP using the switcher app on my phone to turn my mobile data on and off but it's annoying because it doesn't change at the right time and it messes things up. Is there some kind of way to use cmd or something to change it after every action?

I've rooted my phone already, that wasn't the question. Read what I said again. I'm trying to switch my IP after every action I make in a software called 'Instadub' ...

Proxy list? Why would I need a proxy list? I'm using my mobile IPs not proxies .. I don't know if I'm confused right now or it's just you lmao

Some mobile proxies don't rotate. (my doesn't) But if your does, Then download 'Automagic' App to automate your data to turn off and on to get the new ip.
