Empireflippa is great, but you have to pay 5% deposit to see url of the site. But you have every statistic you need + mostly sites who make >1000$ monthly

How reliable are the stats? I checked out one site at Flippa that sold for $1700/mo with Semrush and the site had 0 traffic and ads. That seems kind of weird...

I was planning to use Flippa in my niche research, but now I'm not that sure anymore. Another red flag, usually when one sells a business one multiply the monthly earnings with like 10 for a fair price. A lot of webbsites at Flippa are selling for like x0.5-1 of their monthly earnings...

You have to be very careful while purchasing from brokers, I got an experience with flippa we tried to purchase a dropshipping built site that store owner told its getting orders the thing is he only submitted everything and generated fake traffic to show in analytics. Completly fake so be careful while you are purchasing sites from flippa but the good thing is flippa refunded the amount once we sent the proofs. Better start your own.
