@AdrianRM133 there is an "implied" copyright given to those who publish content, however in the real world it's unlikely you can protect it.
The digital millennium copyright act (DMCA) would give you the right to request the website stealing your content to take it down, if they refuse you can send the DMCA request to their webhost who are legally required to act in the case of stolen content however this is usually done for those hosting TV shows and movies.
I personally would not worry about it, content is stolen all the time. Google is stealing our content too... It's just part of the web eco-system.

You cannot get a patent for protecting text/website copy. Patents protect intellectual property, it's nothing like what you said at all.
