I have a website which pulls mp3 Tracks from google and or other search engine and streams it on music player. Like Pandora.

Is that illegal or subject to copyright issues. none of the link are stored in my database or server. I know if I have even one song save, that’s trouble.

These websites I’m getting links from not .com or . Net domain. It’s Asian music btw

Consider switching to anonymous offshore dmca ignored hosting.
Also host your domain anonymous on https://njal.la/ for example.

I would suggest you to remove all footprints that may lead to you and start with the above.
Make sure you pay with bitcoins for the hosting.

If I choose hosting which ignore DMCA I might as well store music?

My website is like google search engine. It scrapes .mp3 urls.


I see many website on net which share mp3 url. Not taken down etc

Well im not 100% sure how it works.
Just make sure your anonymous while doing this, you never know what might happen and this reduces the risk allot.
