Will vps provider's IP affect mass emails inbox?

I have doing mass emails recently,but i found the IP vps provider affect inbox rate.
And i spend time to use different VPS provider to inbox in,all of them I use fresh domain and
fresh IPs
I have tested several VPS providers
two of them located in USA, which is cheapvps and Linode,i used their IPs and fresh domain,
, and i also check the spam blacklist, it's clean
I found i can inbox the emails to Gmail at the beginning
Also I use some VPS out of USA,which are located at france,i used their IPs and fresh domain,
the IPs are clean, but whatever I tried, i can't inbox in.
This confused me for one month,so I think the VPS provider's IP affect inbox, although all of them are clean.

I config email service by myself , and all of them are 10/10 in mail-tester

unsolicited emails are mostly consider as spam with all major ISPs and mailing services providers now a days,
There is a term we used when we do email marketing which is called IP-warm up.
Secondly You should also check for rdns dkim and spf of the server is configured or not.

Yes, I config rdns,dkim,spf ,all these things on different VPS servers,
but I still can't understand why some VPS server's IP can't inbox while others can inbox
I send only txt, no link in the emails
Anyone know?

Well Im guessing some VPS ips are more reputable than others.
