Hello guys, can anyone recommend the best offshore hosting to host node js web app?
I read a lot, but mostly I can see that it is most easiest to host php based websites, so for node I will need VPS? Or maybe is it possible to host nodejs apps easily as php web apps?

firebase hosting does allow node (but it's not offshore...)

Namecheap allows to deploy node apps, but ill suggest you to get a VPS.

If I needed offshore, then I would pick my own server. Deploying a Node.js app is not that hard. Docker or hosted PaaS solutions like Dokku will help you do it easier.

Unfortunately it is not offshore :/

Didn't know this, for some basic nodejs project it would be effective to host on namecheap hosting?

Yeap, it is not hard to deploy it, I will try to research about dokku, thank you!

NodeJS is officially supported with WHM/cPanel but shared hosting providers are not offering it now, as php sites are mostly in. I also recommend you to buy a vps and setup your own nodeJS platform for hosting.

Thank you for your reply. I decided to go with a vps, currently I am developing a web app. Maybe you have some suggestion for bulletproof offshore vps provider?

what you want to host? offshore and bullet proof are two different things

You can get yourself VPS for like $5/month on vultr and host it there. It's a way better than using shared hosting.

I want to scrape streams available from other websites, into my own website. So I think it should be DMCA ignored also that could accept crypto currency as a payment method?

Could they handle big user loads?

I'm sure it can handle more than any shared hosting.

Visit marketplace here in bhw and you will get plenty of services.
But scraping may work on dedicated as it needs more power to run
