My first store

Im about to put my first Dropshipping store online and would like to get your expert help.
I am a bit afraid that I get directly a warning about legal matters or the customers reports.

I am from Germany and according to German rules a small mistake can lead to a high penalty, which I do not want to risk. Therefore, I am a little hesitant.

It's a single product store for a backpack.

Looks like a decent one product store. Got all the legal pages sorted. I don't see why you'd get any trouble for that matter.
I'd personally get rid of "powered by Shopify" in the footer section..

If you're based in germany and operating the store from germany you're missing many things. Imprint, DGSVO (your privacy policy is in that case a joke and violoates the DGSVO), terms of service, the refund policy is also missing many points. For example the sale items part, is void from the ground up in germany. With the state of your store currently you can expect some adhortatory letter. Which will, as you stated before, be very expensive.

You are right that I missed some points but I think there are different conditions if I exclude EU shoppers. Am i right?

Not really the only thing is if you accept customers outside of germany, then you have to apply the correct vat for that specific country and of course your site has to be in english. If you sell in Germany then it also has to be in german, this applys only if your company is located in germany.

I know only for german law for sure that it has to be in german if your company is located in germany.
Don't know how other country handle it, for example if it's allowed to sell your backpack to customers located in spain if the website is for example only in english.

Another good example is the imprint. It's required by law in Germany but not in the USA, if you host specifically a website for USA customers, then you wouldn't need an imprint on the english (usa) site.
A company in the USA which want to sell to German customers and has a shop in german language has to abide the german law and must use an imprint.

Dropshipping with a store of your own is very tricky, you have to know many laws of the countrys your selling to.
