Yes, we measure all the bandwidth that goes through each IP since we pay our Packeters in return for sharing their bandwidth. We do not advertise ourselves as dedicated proxy service provider. PacketStream's residential IPs are available for as long as our Packeters are connected. So it does not matter whether they are actively using their PC or not. Lastly, our service internally checks all of our IPs to make sure that they are true residential IPs and don't allow any datacenter IPs into our system. It seems like you are using a residential IP that is currently not online. All you need to do is receive a new IP address by simply clicking a refresh button on your network access page. There are other ways you can receive new IPs also. If you are having any issues, please feel free to contact us on Skype. We would be happy to help you understand how our product works!

I've tried that. Gave up after 20 refreshes. So. Its too time consuming, and frustrating. Thats why i would never recommend any other clients using FB. You simply cant work around more than a few accounts pr day, since the connections most of the time is down.

So I just wanna give @packetstream some credit here. I ended up using their service to accomplish the scraping job I needed and it worked very well.
I had no issues scraping a tier 1 site with very good anti-spam and anti-proxy defense. I’m talking thousands of pages and no issues at all with the proxy service.
Some of the settings can be confusing if you are new to using proxies. And whether you get good results will depend on what platform you are using them for and what type of proxy integration your bot uses.
Overall though, this is a fantastic service. The options I was looking at prior to this were all priced at around $300 a month. I got my job done for like $5 worth of data total.
I give it a 9 out of 10. Take a few hours to use your brain a bit and don’t expect to just dump these into jarvee and spam Instagram. The game doesn’t work like that
Will be using this more in the future! Best $5 I’ve spent in years.
