Hey Guys! Buying backlinks from a website like Fiverr is Worth it or not? I have study somewhere that Google penalized those websites who buy backlinks rather than creating naturally.

Legit businesses should care.
Internet marketers? Not so much. How can anyone not use backlinks, if they're getting insane results, versus not having them? People have made so much money just because of the backlinks, by ranking their websites.
