It looks okay judging by the screenshot.
I would actually do it and think it's fine, but AdSense is unpredictable.

I was doing ths trick for a long time and never got banned. But sometimes when I got a veru high CTR in a specific page the ads stop showing on it and I got a warning on my email.

Oh man, does this mean I shouldn't do it? I wouldn't like to get adsense banned again lol.

You can try it but just make a distance between the ad and the button and make it easy for the visitor to understand where is the button.
Anyway, if you are not prepared to lose your account don't do it. This days Adsense is closing a lot of accounts because of this tricks and also for people doing arbitrage...

What do you think about download links? I'm setting up a table of download links on the main page. It either goes through another page(by clicking the download link) like the one showed above or I can just place a download link on the main page without having go into another page. Which do you think creates more revenue for ads?

if you are encouraging clicks that when you get ban.
what your doing is fine.
don't forget 80% usually mobile so think hard,
when a person on a mobile scrolling will the link be pressed or accidentally pressed as it always nice to get free money accidentally.
your also allowed using any social traffic to increase earnings .
