Where can I find this Image Hover Wordpress Plugin?

I'm trying out several plugin but none of them seem to work. Does anyone know a plugin whereby you can hover to an image(small) then it would enlarge the image and display the information? Most hover image wordpress plugin only displays it inside the image itself so you can't see the words as it is to small. Have a nice day.
