Why many domains providers?

I have 3 domains in Godaddy..
I am just wondering..
Lets say, Godaddy, is the cheapest domains’ provider..(an exemple)

Why there are other websites selling domains?

Because GoDaddy isn't the cheapest, and it's all about marketing and added value.
In your town alone there are thousands of places that sell milk. Why doesn't everyone go to the cheapest place? Because not all know about it.
Some others might not like the cheapest place because the support is shit. Maybe their hosting is the worst. And so on.

I have over 50 domains in Namecheap, Epik, Dynadot, Godaddy and NetworkSolutions.

• Namecheap's price is almost unparalleled, only that comes close to it is Dynadot, but Namecheap's support is too good
• Epik has nice landing pages and some new market improvements might make it a real contender
• Dynadot has fast transfer and very low prices, along with NC and EPIK, it has free Whois Privacy
• NetworkSolutions... I don't know why somebody would use it, the only reason I have domains there because they were pushed to my account at the time, and I am waiting on the transfer lock to end so I can transfer, out, 4-8x the price of Namecheap for domains and no privacy.
• Godaddy, no privacy, horribly overpriced, support ONLY over the phone, which is a problem as I prefer a live chat, and their live chat is unprofessional, with a lot of grammatical mistakes. The only reason that I would use it, as it has fast transfer for Afternic and Godaddy auctions, which has by far the most buyers as it is the biggest registrar.

As you can see, each has its own quirks. Were one fails, other exceeds. For me, the biggest portfolio is on Namecheap due to pricing, fair UI and outstanding support, while others might want more buyers from Godaddy auctions or different prices and support.

Don’t trust any cheap service, many of them don’t allow you to have full control on your domain name. If you’re going to buy domain names .

Name cheap , godaddy , namesilo, name is reliable domain service .

Godaddy - never again. Their only useful application is the auctions. Buy -> transfer away.

Even Godaddy is fraud company. I was purchased 2 day ago 1 Domain name . And my desire name was Searchable. First I seen that my desire name was available then I decided to purchase this one. After purchased they blocked my account and I received email about account. Which domain You are trying to purchased that domain name not available.
