Below points are not definite requirements, but help in successfully getting accepted by AdSense.
1. Have at least 15 - 20 unique, reader-friendly articles (500+ words each)
2. Must-have pages: Privacy Policy, Contact Us, Terms and Conditions, About Us
3. Clean, professional and SEO optimized website
4. Website works well for desktop and mobile users
5. Easy to navigate

write good content.and SEO optimized website If they accept you they give you ads to put in your sites. when visitors click through yr ads you get paid. more visitors your site have more people would click on your ads so more money you will earn. You need to have a website with loads of traffic to earn from Google AdSense.
Unique articles are NOT needed. I have examples that I have got approval for AdSense with PLR articles.
Clean design - clean navigation / menu - key pages (about me, contact us, etc.) - and CONTINUOUS article adding to site are the keys, according to my tests... Don't just add X number of posts, and wait for the approval. While AdSense is checking your site, keep adding content (daily, every other day etc...).

You are doing something wrong. I bought a new domain, added some content and submitted after few hours. Total visitors = 1 (me). Got approved after 2 weeks.

Sorry, I will not share my moneysites here. And i don`t care if you believe it or not. You can PM me your site and i can try to help you out.
If you really have 80k visitors from google and you can't get the site approved, then something is wrong with your site / your Adsense account or the niche. My tip: Get a new domain, write or buy 20 unique articles and try again with Adsense. Redirect traffic from old to new domain.
