Which document did you buy to verify PayPal account?

you have to check your account what they ask from you

As a new seller on Paypal all of my funds are held for 21 days.
The only way to remove this is to wait 60 days and to make 10 successful sales without any disputes.
I can get the 10 successful sales, but I need the 60 days to be sped up.
