When you say html, do you mean a href link or is it okay to paste plaintext?

Tip: If you want to give your account a better chance of not being deleted. Don't use your keywords or random letters/numbers for a username. Use a real sounding name, use a nice college aged person for profile picture, and make your about be something that sounds like you are a university student and your website is just one of your projects you are working on.

If all quality website which give a backlink they won't let you add even a single link whether you create a profile on particular website.

Good advice! I just went over there and browsed around and many of the new profiles are clearly spam and it won't take a rocket scientist to see that, lol.
