Hey everyone, are you aware of any services that can be used for obtaining legal porn with licensed rights? Something like shutterstock but with pornographic content. Also apologies if I have put this thread in the wrong sub forum.

would have never thought that I would read the word "porn" and "wanting to be legal" in a same post on BHW!

Hahaha well I’m on to something serious and a legit business so I really need to do this in “the proper” way ;) Was thinking about contacting some porn producers about this but it will probably be costly or not worth their effort... However I heard that amateur girls get paid little money so maybe I should scout myself but tge problem is I have absolutely no idea how to do it legally (the laws, contracts to sign etc) and that’s a problem in the first place
 
Yeah that’s what I figured as well... I’m only concerned about all the obscenity laws (I intend to do “vanilla” porn so maybe I’m just a bit paranoid here) and also deeply concerned on 1
how to gather proofs, contracts etc of consent and age (18+ yo) as well as 2 how to enter a binding legal agreement so that the girls forefit their rights to content to me (or maybe it’s me doing the creative process and I have the rights idk) ik this forum is not crawling with lawyers and let’s face it laws are always up to debate in court (to often you can get charged on bullshit charges tho) that’s why I’m trying to think of all the ways I can cover my ass basically
 
Outsourcing porn is seemingly impossible. Most people just "borrow" content from other websites.

You could always just make your own porn.. although even that approach would call for hiring the actors and paying for camera equipment.

Oh, and don't forget that you have to edit it all - unless you just wanted to use 2 hours of uncut pornography.

Yeah obviously I would pay the actors and need their release forms etc... Otherwise I would likely get into some kind of trouble anyway

Yeah that’s a one way to do it cheaply with low risk some may say it’s unethical but I know that in some countries this money could help those girls survive (or buy crack or local equivalent :( ) so I guess if you treat them right it’s kinda ok... Still a bit of a hassle after you account for flight cost it may be better to record in Europe (I only need few clips to start with)
 
Not the right forum to buy porn licensed content. Plus we are not allowed to recommend other forums.
 
There are adult content providers from where you can buy licenced content.
And there are adult content studious who will shoot custom content for you. Obviously custom content will cost more.
 
yes it's better to run your own (general porn) site and spend the money on your site, marketing, seo etc... than creating your own content.

If you are living in a country where porn & prostitution is legal, then you don't have to think that much.
1) Form a privately owned LLC.
2) Hire some lawyers and accountants on hourly basis and architect the legal structure of the company.
3) Register a private movie production house.
4) Interview and hire potential models or escorts who are willing to shoot
5) Launch your platform
6) Profit! :)
 
Don't do the Harvey winestien method it doesn't work anymore, been updated.
