I spent over $150 and have not heard from anyone and they have not started either of my services. I tried to message them and still have yet to hear back, its been almost 48 hours. I used the chat messaging system on your panel that always says "offline" and I haven't heard anything back until now, 4 days later

again, I do have evidence, it has been 4 days I have not heard one word from you guys and my services have not been started. I'd say thats enough evidence and BHW has atleast gotten you to reply to your customers. No need to argue with you if you guys do a good job I will update my review but as of now its been 4 days and this is the first time im hearing from you guys.

Just wanted to update my review.

It took 4 days for me to get a response and 5 before any of my services were started but they did do a great job. If you don't mind the wait I would recommend.

Originally this was the best panel that I'd worked with on here, but for the past month the service has been completely inconsistent. Orders that are advertised as instant are taking anywhere from 5 minutes to up to 7 days to complete. It's a lottery at this point. I'm also noticing that several of my orders are now just being marked as completed without being filled. I've constantly been submitting tickets and they respond by saying that they will restart them but it is turning into a long, tedious process.
