For host/name just use any name for it example my-new-site use it for the name and host

I have attached the screenshot in the first post that the link is indexed on google and that's what matters. So I'm not sure what you meant by that.

Yes it is do-follow. You can also set the link as no-follow. You are in total control in this case.
