Need help regarding jr vip sub

I tried renewing my jr vip subscription, and as I already have an active sub; I ended up buying premium membership (I did not know this happens). Already contacted bhw support. I was told to PM @Don't Panic for confirming my identity, in order to get the payment refunded. I have done that already. Yet to hear back from him after that.

I know the mods are busy and I don't want to keep disturbing them via pm/email. My sub is expiring on 5th. Please do something. I hate the pink color lol. Please refund me the money so that I can repay.
