I know I only have 10k followers but I hardly get any engagement on my videos or photos. But on Facebook a 10k page can get loads of engagement. What am I doing wrong? Do hashtags help a lot?

I've only used facebook. But I thought I would give Twitter a try. It's completely different to facebook. You hardly get get interactions on Twitter

For me twitter is terrible for converting (adult). It used to be up to .1 epc around autumn last year but now I am struggling to even break .03 epc! after testing multiple networks. Saturation seems to be the issue.

I hate this mentality, it's like saying that a screwdriver is dying and a hammer is better. All of them have their uses and benefits/drawbacks. I feel that if you make things about which platform is "hot" it never ends.

Anybody who says a platform is dying says so because they've failed on that platform or been punished without good reason.

I will say this: The Twitter acct I have for my micro-niche adult site gets me HUGE amounts of traffic and my posts end up with an average of between 7%-20% engagement rate (some of them over 30%) - and it has grown from 0 to 1500+ followers in the last 2 months....with very little effort.... Tumblr was a similar story before the ban on NSFW (still gets me traffic, just not as many new followers, existing base of 25k+ there) .. FB no matter what I do, even only posting sfw content, the slightest MENTION of anything that could be considered NSFW and the page was banned...

I find twitter kinda get more engament than FB for me.

I post the same content , on twitter and FB , 3 times is all from twitter side get retweet . whereas FB don't have any share in fact I hardly can get people share from FB side

I remember reading someone complaining on Reddit about how Google Ads "doesn't work" for his campaign and in the comments someone said something really simple but stuck in my head - he was like "whenever I read this, I always wonder what they're doing wrong."

I use that for my own campaigns...don't think about it as the fact that the platform is broken, but that how I'm using it is broken. Of course, not every campaign works on every platform and part of the job is trying to figure out what works for you (twitter is great for me over IG and FB because I'm strong at writing copy and piss-poor at visual story telling)
