Step 1
Navigate to http://nitro-nitf.sourceforge.net/wikka.php?wakka=UserSettings

Sign up and make your username your keyword. If it has spaces, RemoveTheSpaces
But Also it must be a WikiName so make sure you have the capital letters

Step 2
Click on your name

Now make your article and use the link button and it will give you a format like this
[[URL Page Title]]
Just Edit it to be this
[[URL Keyword]]
Save it then you are good to go

I checked a few of them as well with MOZ and all were in the 30s. Still better than nothing, but not 97.

Since they all have the same wakka.php filename a simple search on that will turn up more. I found 3 on the first page of a duck duck go SERP for that search.
