Negative reviews in a forex/cfd platform

Hi guys, I run a forex/cfd/crypto platform and we have maybe 10-15 bad reviews out of all of our clients, and these reviews are screwing us hard.

I've asked a couple of friends to write good reviews on websites like forexpeacearmy and forexbrokerz but they NEVER publish them. It seems like they only post the bad reviews.

As you can guess it immediately hurts the trust between the brand and the client.

What can you guys suggest? Buying positive reviews, even though that they dont get posted on most websites? Any other way to push the bad reviews down and so on.

The best way is to answer the bad reviews as official representative. No name calling, keep it civil, despite the client being retarded - tell them to contact the support and everything will be fine (even if you ban them for good) and thats it. Encourage somehow (giveaway, promotion of some kind) your users to write you a good reviews. A raffle perhaps "Write a review for us and get into raffle for whatever".

Thanks a lot for your reply. More forex review sites only post negative reviews regarding trading companies. It's really funny because we've had legit clients post good reviews and they never get approved by the moderators.
Any idea on how to combat this?
