I am not sure if fraudbuster still works as cloaker but it used to offer 7-day trial.
i will use it if it does not get my account taken down

Why don't your try a paid subscription then from reputable cloaker. It surely is worth your money.

As in does it have the ability to cloak against their bots? Yes. But Adwords ads taken a certain finesse to make.

Simply go through their forms and then they will give you a code and add this code on the webpage which is okay with the Advertising platform.
i am also totally new and i know nothing aboutit, but people say its safe!

The whole point of cloakers is to make it not risky so that you won't get banned.
Mate, there is no free cloaker. If you want to do Instagram wirh Cpa you have to pay for it.
I have been using Advertsafe for a really long time now without any issues so I can confirm it's very good.
Otherwise if you don't have money you'll need to use prelanders, but there's a good chance you'll be banned depending on how good it is and the traffic will be lower than using a cloaker.

You have to be able to make titles that pass reviews, while still converting. It requires finesse. I can do it, not sure if you can. That'll be determined during a review.
