No, if you buy a lot of them it will wreck your account. Instagram is currently going strong against all the sellers of these fake likes and views.

Avoid listing fake people in your account. You know that you have no followers but you show the audience that you have. You just advertise but having no satisfaction. Try to make IG followers by flashy image, quotes and quiz's. Most importantly, get engaged most of the time with your account. Read the term and policy and make your daily post.

After the June 4 update instagram is banning like fake for this reason the prices on the panels is drastically increasing.
At the moment it is better to focus on content and hashtags, furthermore to get more traffic I suggest you tag people in your photos so they have the chance to show you to the people who go to see the tags on their pages.
