Follow/Unfollow Still Work?

I'm looking to get into twitter follow/unfollow after it worked well for me on instagram. Does it still work for twitter? I know they came down heavily on anyone doing it through the API.

They limited the number of people you can follow a day. Except from that it seems to be working but shouldn't be as efficient as it used to be.

Yeah, I think it's what, 400 a day? or 20 an hour or something.

It still works just don't follow/unfollow aggressively and don't follow and unfollow on the same day. Dedicate a period of time to just following and when you hit your target following goal, dedicate some days to gradually unfollowing and resting.

The one issue with follow/unfollow on Twitter currently is that if you get the morning recaptcha check, when you log back in, your following count will be at 0 and all the people you're following will think you've unfollowed them. It causes unfollowings. It's very annoying if it happens every day.
