Device or IP Ban on Instagram

Hello there, i have an instagram with nearly 40,000 followers when i try to post it uploads then instagram deletes it instantly, i had to download a VPN on my phone (which didn't last long) the vpn IP got banned too so i had to download another one. I am unsure why instagram would do this. Any idea?
