I'm biased, but I'd say our quality is extremely good.

Mass emails support?

Suggestion if you want a mailing service is to go with mailchimp. We're a hosting company and it's what we specialize in.

This was actually our Windows VPS plan. We sent out multiple emails to our customers that we were sunsetting Windows VPS due to lack of user adoption. The last day we had Windows VPS' was June 31st. It is not our fault if our customers do not read their emails.

Thank you. We are a legitimate business, we're not a fly by night hosting service. Our goal, in in our name is Stress Free hosting. We have ideas and new products that we will release from time to time, because failing to innovate is the killer of most businesses. Some will work, some will not. The market for Windows VPS' products after a year just was not there for our customer base.

We welcome everyone here at BHW to give us a try. I guarantee a better hosting service and support whether that be Shared/Linux VPS or Dedicated than ANY other provider in the industry.
