Hello bloggers, i am newbie and i want to start blogging but i am not a witter.I know little bit SEO ,i want to hire a Writer for my blog. I can do keyword research , but i have no idea which niche should i start. I want to make a micro niche site.So , Plz suggest me a Profitable Niche Idea as which is low competition .

Why would anyone do half of your work for you? If I had a niche fully researched I sure as hell would not hand them out for free. That's working without payment. Also, why adsense? Affiliate is a good way to go.

Find a niche you're genuinely interested in

While this doesn't mean you have to write your own content, you should be at least interested enough to want to DOUBLE CHECK the work of your hired writers

Cross reference this list of niches to the CPC rates of keywords in those niches at GOOGLE KEYWORD PLANNER TOOL

Pick out a niche that has decent CPC rates and doesn't have CRAZY competition (when you search for the kws on Google)

Everytime someone spills the beans on a golden niche, hundreds of people ruin that niche. Finding something that actuaklly works is one of the most important steps to take towards making money. You probably did not realize that, otherwise you would not have asked. A good niche should not be revealed without compensation.

See, if you want to pick a niche, you have to pick that one of which you have enough knowledge. Don't expect to spoon feeded.

Why would that be? You don't have to be an expert in any niche to start a site or the web would only consist of funny cat video sites and porn.
If you want to hire someone anyways, just find an expert. I used to go on upwork and just ask for experts specifically. That works out fine, but you're still not guaranteed better content. People lie, or their poor writing skills offsets their expert status.

Well said, but when he/she do outsource it helps to see the quality of content only if he/she have knowledge about it.

For sure, but its not a good idea to overcomplicate things to such a degree. This isn't a hobby, it's a vehicle to increase your cashflow. If you are building a "whitehat" "authority" site, then maybe take greater care but for a niche site about dog blankets it would be overkill to hire a former pet store manager to write content for you.

I want to suggest you choice niche which are interesting for you. Use all your knowledges and work with niche where you understand everything.
